SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Delays can happen because of holidays, bad weather, or mistakes in the address. We're not responsible for these delays.

 

Free Shipping Orders

If you choose free shipping, expect your package to arrive in 5-7 business days. You can track your order using the provided tracking number or email us for updates.

 

Express Shipping Orders

Picking express shipping means your order gets priority. You should receive it in 1-3 business days. If we can't deliver on time, we'll refund your express shipping fee. Right now, express shipping isn't available for kids' sizes.

 

Who's in Charge of Delivery?

Once we send out your package, it's up to UPS, USPS, or FedEx to deliver it. If there's a problem with delivery, you'll need to contact them. If a package goes missing, they handle finding it or filing a claim.

 

Payment Time

After you order, give us 24 to 48 hours to process your payment. We check to make sure everything is okay before sending out your order. This time doesn't include weekends or holidays.

  

Correct Address Matters

Make sure to enter your address correctly during checkout. Details like street numbers, building names, & apartment numbers are crucial. If you give us the wrong address & face issues, that's on you, not us.

 

Need to Resend

If you don't accept your package & it comes back to us, you'll have to pay again for shipping if you want it sent back out.

Return & Exchange Policy

Important Information

You can only cancel your order before we provide you with a tracking number. Once you get the tracking number, cancellations are off the table. Also, keep in mind that sale items, full zip orders, & any order with express shipping cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

Exchange Window

You have 10 days from the day you receive your item to request an exchange for a different size. Please give us 5-10 business days to process your exchange once we receive your return.

 

Eligibility Criteria

For an exchange, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, & with all tags intact. Make sure to keep the original packaging too. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase when you send it back.
